We dealt with significant lender delays, had our original closing fall through, switched lenders, and faced a difficult appraisal situation. Mike handled all of it with professionalism and consistency. He stayed on top of every moving piece and kept communication open without ever making the situation more stressful.

He’s a strong negotiator but also very measured in his approach, which was exactly what we needed. He helped us hold our position when it mattered and guided us through the final stages to a successful closing.

His team was also excellent in handling everything from coordination to marketing and photography. It was all handled seamlessly.

This was not an easy deal, and Mike got it done. We’re very thankful we had him representing us.
