From the very 1st phone call to discuss the selling of our home, to the closing and thereafter, Mike was always there for us 100% of the time. Even though he is very busy with a thriving real estate practice, he always made us feel like we were his only client. He never failed to return texts, calls, or emails as soon as possible. His staff of administrative assistant, photographer, interior, decorator and landscaper all did an excellent job!   Mike is one-of-a-kind. My wife and I worked with him to look for a house in West Chester and surrounding areas for close to a year, and he remained patient and supportive throughout. Whenever we had a question, he was quick to respond with a detailed and knowledgeable answer about the marketplace (and given the way it is now, that was a challenge!). At the onset, he took time to understand what we wanted, but he NEVER was overly pushy or aggressive. Throughout the entire year, he worked to ensure we found our perfect forever home.
